Main Features
1. The LED bulbs and tubes aging line is especially designed for the aging test of LED bulbs and 220V or 110 V LED lights. Main testing environments include high voltage, medium voltage, normal voltage, low voltage, high temperature, impact, etc. by conducting tests under these conditions, this aging test line provides a good demonstration of the quality of LED products.
2. Enough testing time is assured by the LED bulbs and tubes aging line.
3. This aging and life test system for LED products is designed with 5 stations×16 E27 lamp holders and 4 pairs of T8 fluorescent lamp holders.
Major Parts
1. Constant Temperature Zone: The zone adopts electrical heating technique and is installed with 3 1kW stainless steel heating tubes every meter. The automatic temperature control range: room temperature 60 ℃.
2. Impact Test Circuit: It implements a high quality voltage regulator, with a power of 10kW and a regulating range of 0-250V. 6 impact test zones are designed and the test time of each zone can be set on the touch screen.
3. Normal Voltage Test Circuit: The regulator offers a power of 10 kW and a regulating range of 0-250V. (Working length: 7 meters)
4. Low Voltage Test Circuit: The regulator offers a power of 10 kW and a regulating range of 0-250V. (Working length: 7 meters)
5. High Voltage Test Circuit: The used regulator is designed with a power of 10 kW and a regulating range of 0-300V. (Working length: 7meters)
6. Lamp Holders: E27 Edison screw sockets are applied.
7. Clamps: T8 LED tubes clamps have a regulating range of 300, 600, 900 and 1200 mm.
Structure
1. The machine frame is made using 40 ×40 ×1.5 mm steel. The protective boards on both ends make use of 1.5 mm cold rolled plate. The main body applies 130 × 23× 2 mm aluminum alloy.
2. Double-pitch chains are used in the transfer system, with 30×30 mm dual-layer angle iron as support.
3. An ideal combination of 3mm thick tawney polymethyl methacrylate and 40×40 mm aluminum plates effectively damp the strong lights of LED products and provide a strong guarantee for eyes protection.
4. Produced from 2.0mm thick cold rolled plates, the chain board is designed with dimensions of 148×1390×57mm. This aging and life test system for LED products is designed with 5 stations×16 E27 lamp holders, 4 pairs of T8 fluorescent lamp holders and conductive casters. Plus, the chain board is coated with black spraying plastics.
5. The entire aging line is designed with 2 rails, 5mm epoxy insulation boards and 3mm thick copper plates.
6. A protective screening is installed below the LED bulbs aging test machine to avoid products dropping. The screening is superior quality stainless steel and fixed by universal angle iron.
Dynamic and Drive System
1. The dynamic system consists of 1.5 kW three-phase motor, 1: 200 reduction gear and 2HP frequency changer. Because of the steppless speed control, the speed can be regulated between 0-2 m/min while the aging time can be changed between 0-4 hours.
2. T17 double-pitch chains, φ50 main shaft and tension device are used in the drive system.
Electric Control System
1. Made using 1.5mm thick cold rolled plates, the power distribution cabinet provides dimensions of 730×1250×1800mm. Using steel square tubes, the cabinet is two-layer designed. The top layer is for instruments and control components while the bottom layer is for voltage regulator.
2. Control components include ampere meter, digital-display voltmeter and indicator light. The light gives a clear display of input voltage and three-phase current. The application of Mitsubishi PLC and 7-inch touch screen makes the operation easy and convenient.
3. Emergency switch and three-color warning light are applied.

Other Notes
1. The aging line is required to be anti-rust and produce no powder.
2. Noise level: Lower than 65 dB
3. The galvanized stands can be adjusted in horizontal and vertical directions.
4. The adjustable height of work table is 750±20mm.
