The threeroll fabric calenderingmachine is composed by three rolls making an L-shaped layout; it’s set with topheating roll and bottom crown controllable nylon roll. It has aninternal pressuring method and the fabric width, single or multi-path driving mode are adjustable. In addition, the pressurebetween rolls is adjustable without exceeding the maximum value while thepressure oil cools the nylon roll. There is an extra side cotton roll to helpthe cooling roll of our three roll fabric calendering machine.

The maximumtemperature of the heating roll is 200 ° C, depending on use. Due to this hightemperature, the fabric can achieve fine gloss and good hand feeling after calendering process with no colordifference, improving its density and increasing its gloss and flatness.
