1m³ block asphalt melting equipment which can re-liquefy 10 tons of asphalt per hour without a thermal oil boiler.
According to the requirements of customers, we designed the DKLR series thermal oil heating bitumen bag melter, which is direct-fired bitumen melting equipment without any additional industrial boiler equipment. It combined the function of the thermal oil boiler and asphalt melting equipment perfectly. The high temperature exhaust gas from the terminal of the flue and heat transfer coils at the same time. Therefore, we can achieve high heat utilization efficiency and the fast melting rate.
The melter is divided into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is used for heating and cutting the solid asphalt in the bag. The lower one is a ‘real’ melting chamber, which melts the cut small pieces into liquid through rapid heating.
There are 8 movable doors in the equipment that serve as feeding ports. Each of them can be used to input 2 asphalt blocks at once. The movable door plate is also the loading platform, which is driven by the hydraulic device, so it is very convenient for loading and feeding.
High heat utilization can save production costs.
