The 50L-300L drum liquid filling machine is designed for large-volume barrel and bucket liquid filling. It incorporates high-precision weighing control and fast and slow dual-speed filling technology to achieve stable and accurate automatic filling process. The net wight filler is constructed from SUS304/316 stainless steel, suitable for various types of liquids such as coatings, resins, lubricating oils and edible oils. It balances speed and accuracy requirements with filling accuracy ≤0.05% F.S. and filling speed at 30~60 pcs/hour. Explosion-proof system is optional to provide safe and reliable medium-to-large filling solutions for chemical and food industry.
- The equipment is installed PLC control system and 7-inch touch screen to support quick parameters adjustment, 30 recipes memory storage capacity, mode change between net weight and gross weight.
- Equipped with a high-precision load cell, Schneider control system and fast and slow filling to accurately adapt to low-foam or non-foaming liquids and ensure stable filling.
- Anti-drip design prevents liquid dripping and contamination, creates a hygienic production environment and significantly reduces material waste.
