Optional raw materials: chemical fibers like three-dimensional hollow polyester fiber, ordinary Polyester, as well as natural chemical fiber, wool, cotton linen, etc. Short process, less equipments needed and covering small area are features of this bedding production solution. At the same time, the capacity of this bedding production solution is increased due to short process flow. For instance, The production line with 2500mm working width is able to produce 60 quilts or 160kg bedding stuffing per hour.
