Bingzhi Machinery has a professional technical team that can provide customers with a complete set of turnkey project services for paper and tissue industry, including project consultation, feasibility study, process design, equipment manufacturing and installation, commissioning, and personnel training. The technical personnel have a background in pulp and papermaking technology, and the technical team leader has more than 20-30 years of experience working in paper mills.

- The mechanical design team adopts 3D design, finite element analysis, dynamic simulation, and other design methods to ensure the structural strength, operational stability, and installation precision of the products.
- The thermal engineering team conducts theoretical research and analyzes the thermal energy utilization to achieve excellent performance in the paper machine's hot air system. This not only enhances economic benefits but also reduces environmental pollution.
- A professional after-sales customer care team is located in project sites both domestically and internationally, providing standardized installation, commissioning, and on-site services to customers.
