Kangjiesi is a new material company specialized in yarn production, possesses a 35,000 square meter site with 50,000 square meters of standard factory buildings. We currently operates six functional yarn production lines, including autonomous modification capabilities for filament yarn production, and has 200 sets of equipment for covered yarn production. Kangjiesi has the capacity to produce over 7,000 tons of antibacterial and other functional fibers annually. Through self development and upgrading of our equipment, Kangjiesi has implemented plasma modification technology, developed in-house, to enhance the performance and environmental friendliness of its functional yarns while reducing application costs.

Kangjiesi testing center is equipped with specialized devices, such as electronic yarn twist testers, automatic single yarn strength testers, yarn wrap reels, computerised shrinkage testers, and yarn solvent extractor. With a team of 10 professional testing personnel, our center is capable of conducting comprehensive physical performance tests.

Our research and development center occupies an area of over 600 square meters and houses more than 20 sets of specialized research and testing equipment, including a low-temperature plasma fiber modification testing machine (self-developed), a multifunctional reactor (self-developed), a 12 twisting spindle draw texturizing machines, and a covered yarn testing machine. The center is directly supervised by General Manager Liu Rongfei, who holds a degree in Material Science and Engineering from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University. Kangjiesi possesses two invention patents, ten utility model patents, and has more than ten other patents under review. We have also been recognized as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise research center.

Kangjiesi has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a specialized and innovative small- to medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang province, a science and technology-based small- to medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang province, a provincial high-tech enterprise research and development center, a military-civilian integration enterprise in Shaoxing, and an enterprise technology center in Shaoxing.

We serve as the executive director and secretary-general enterprise of the National Antibacterial and Deodorant Socks Industry Alliance and the vice chairman enterprise of the Antibacterial Industry Branch of the National Health Industry Management Association. Kangjiesi has also been involved in drafting multiple standards for antibacterial covered yarn, antibacterial and anti-odor socks, deodorant socks, and antibacterial masks. Currently, the company is leading the drafting of the industry standard for antibacterial yarn products. We have established partnerships with numerous domestic and international first-line brands, including Li-Ning, Anta, Sevenwolves, UNIQLO, Pierre Cardin, and others. Currently, we are a leading enterprise in the global subdivision industries of antibacterial yarn and waterproof yarn. Our products are exported worldwide, including Southeast Asia, South America, and other countries.
