Cutter Suction Dredger in Nigeria
In August 2016, our company provided a DGCSD500 cutter suction dredger for customers in Nigeria, which is mainly applied to perform maintenance task in Port Harcourt. After several weeks of contract signing, the new dredger has already delivered and is quickly put into using of Port Harcourt, which is mainly used to 15m dredging task.
The cutter suction dredger is designed with dismountable structure and easy for transportation and hulls, ladder and other components can be transported by truck in delivery, which is the same of all DRAGON cutter suction dredgers. After transporting into beach, it can perform field installation and finally is dragged into water with the help of a ramp. The designing method of this cutter suction dredger is suitable to anywhere.
The dredging depth of this DGCSD500 cutter cutter suction dredger is up to 15m and maximum capacity of excavating pump is 5000m3/h, which can discharge mud into mud-dumping yard about 2.5km distance with single time of discharging.
