A milk processing plant in Australia needed a new cooling system as their heat exchanger was vulnerable, easily corrosive, and hard to clean. They wanted us to produce a heat exchanger made from anti-corrosive titanium, a much easier to clean material. To meet their needs, we developed an efficient titanium spiral tube heat exchanger and installed it on the top of the conditioner. This facilitates easier cleaning because you do not need to disassemble the entire unit. We solved all of their problems and improved their cooling efficiency.
