Process Design
We use a CAE casting simulation software to design the casting system. Also, CAD and solidification simulation technologies are utilized for our metal castings’ development. These ensure the technical quality of our cast iron parts at the very beginning, and also reduce the production cycle efficiently.
We are competent in casting process design, because of our experienced team of technical engineers, many of whom have over 20 years of practical experience in metal castings research, engineering, and machining. If you already have a design in hand or just the specifications for a new casting part, our professional engineers will work with you to find the best plan for sand casting process design.
2. Mold Design & MakingBacked by our expertise in providing custom casting service, we are able to design the mold according to client-side casting samples or design drawings. Then, we create a 3D model of iron casting based of your specifications or blueprint. This 3D model will be used for making aluminum molds or steel molds.
