Automatic pillow pack machine with bottom film feeding for multipack wrapping of noodles, sausages and other loose or multi-bag products
SF-D automatic bottom film feed horizontal flow wrapper is specially designed for multi-bag products, such as instant noodles, vermicelli, rice noodles, and other multipack packaging. The flow wrapping machine replaces manual bundling and bagging with an automated packer.
This horizontal flow wrapper adopts bottom film feeding, forming, and heat sealing, and is equipped with automatic film feeding, stepless speed regulation, and photoelectric registration, ensuring high efficiency, stable operation, and neat package appearance. In addition, the wrapping machine can be seamlessly integrated with the Songben five-pack palletizing machine, enabling full production line integration.
The servo-driven bottom film feed multipack packaging machine is suitable for large output multipack packaging of:

- Equipped with a wide, full-color touch screen control system for easy operation and aesthetic design
- Available with single or multiple Siemens servo motors for accurate motion control
- Packaging data can be stored and recalled automatically
- Features an AC motor with a frequency inverter, allowing stepless speed adjustment and dynamic control during operation
- Uses photoelectric detection with bidirectional tracking to minimize packaging errors and material waste
- New longitudinal hot sealing system allows low-temperature sealing and reduces film scorching during stoppages
- Automatically displays bag length and speed, ensuring precise cutting during operation
