1. Producing Eco-friendly Biodegradable Plastic Bags
Plastic bags bring lots of convenience to people's life. But improper use of plastic bags causes severe environment pollution. As environment protection and sustainable development are advocated all over the world, it will be a trend to use biodegradable plastic bags in the future. Compared with traditional plastic bags, our plastic bags made from eco-friendly materials will biodegrade into harmless substances within about one month if discarded in the natural environments.
2. Saving Energy and Reducing Emission
A large number of scrap materials may be produced during plastic bag production. For the sake of long-term development of our company, we take measures to deal with the waste materials to save resources and reduce emissions. For example, scraps produced in film blowing process will be recycled on the production line to reduce resource waste and lower production cost. In addition, energy-saving lamps are used in all our plants to save electricity as well as create a bright and comfortable working environment.
At the same time, our company makes efforts to speed up the development of energy saving & emission reduction technologies and establish an energy conservation & emission reduction technology service system to further pursue sustainable development.
3. Improving Staff Quality
XINLING offers in-house training to our employees and sends them to take part in external training irregularly to help improve their technical skills and quality consciousness. By doing so, our production cost will be reduced and product quality will increased.
4. Creating Good Working Conditions for Employees
In addition to training, we also create a comfortable working environment for our employees and provide them with dormitories and canteens free of charge, so that they can work and live happily in our company.
