MXL-150D6 multi-functional drilling rig is a newly developed model based on the existing MXL series. It is specifically designed to integrate jet grouting, anchoring, and anti-uplift anchor construction into a single operating sequence, meeting the requirements of complex foundation engineering projects.
Features
Detachable 10-Meter Auxiliary Mast
- During jet grouting operations, the drilling rig can replace high-mast jet grouting, decreasing the frequency of drill rod disassembly to save time and materials while lowering quality risks
- During anti-uplift anchor construction, the auxiliary mast enables direct lifting of anchor rods, which reduces crane usage costs
- The detachable auxiliary mast can be removed during inclined anchoring construction without affecting other drilling functions
- For short anchor construction, one-rod-to-depth drilling is possible, which improves efficiency and reduces labor intensity
Large-Diameter Through-Hole Rotary Head
- Features a through-hole diameter of 92 mm, allowing smooth passage of Ø89 mm drill rods, enabling double and triple jet grouting as well as anchoring operations
- Standard 89 mm diameter steel pipes can be directly used for anchoring construction
- Hydraulic chuck structure allows fast and flexible tool replacement without intermediate adapters
- High-torque power head combined with reinforced jet grouting tools enables jet grouting in most soil layers without pre-drilling, significantly reducing construction cost and time
Crawler Traveling System
- Equipped with wide crawler tracks and low ground pressure, ensuring stable movement even on soft ground surfaces.
Borehole Guidance System
- Ensures accurate borehole angle and verticality during jet grouting while allowing convenient tool replacement
- Improves stress distribution on drill rods during anchoring, ensuring high construction accuracy
- Equipped with a rotating borehole guidance mechanism to reduce drill tool wear
