Custom-Built PSA Oxygen Generator
The trailer-mounted oxygen generator utilizes Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to extract oxygen from ambient air, serving as a fully integrated mobile oxygen production system.

Process Description
- Feed Air Pretreatment
Ambient air passes through filters to remove dust, moisture, and oil mist, preventing contamination of the molecular sieve. - Pressurized Adsorption
Clean air is compressed and introduced into adsorption towers filled with molecular sieve. Nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed, while oxygen passes through the adsorption bed as oxygen-enriched gas. - Depressurization and Desorption
After nitrogen adsorption reaches saturation, the operating tower switches to depressurization. Adsorbed nitrogen is released, restoring adsorption capacity and enabling cyclic operation. - Oxygen Purification and Storage
Separated oxygen undergoes pressure stabilization and fine filtration, then is stored in an integrated buffer tank to support continuous oxygen supply.
