The mobile trailer-based PSA nitrogen generator produces nitrogen through pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology using clean compressed air as the feed gas. Nitrogen is separated from oxygen by molecular sieve adsorption, while the trailer structure provides mobility without altering the core nitrogen generation principle.

Process Description
- Feed air pretreatment removes oil, moisture, and impurities from compressed air, ensuring clean inlet conditions for adsorption.
- Pressurized adsorption enables molecular sieve to preferentially adsorb oxygen and trace impurities, while nitrogen accumulates in the gas phase due to slower diffusion rate and lower adsorption capacity at a specified pressure.
- Depressurization desorption releases adsorbed oxygen and impurities after saturation, enabling regeneration.
- Alternating adsorption and regeneration cycles are managed by a PLC to coordinate valve switching sequences across two or more adsorption towers, ensuring continuous nitrogen output.
