Shutter Mount Exhaust Fan, Model DJF(M) Axial Fan
Description
Our shutter mount exhaust fan, model DJF(M) axial fan is designed with a shutter opening mechanism with three swung drop hammers to enhance its running stability. The maximum air volume reaches 44000 m³/min, while the maximum noise is only 64db. It is an ideal ventilation and cooling equipment for animal husbandry industry, greenhouse industry and industrial workshops.

The use of shutter opening mechanism with three swung drop hammers greatly enhances the opening mechanism's running stability and guarantees the shutter can be completely opened or closed, minimizing air resistance generated by blades and effectively improving the fan's running efficiency. The opening mechanisms are all made from high quality nylon PA66 to ensure their service life. The parts all use 304 stainless steel rivet connection, with wear and rust resistance and good flexibility, to reduce friction coefficient.
Blades are made from Krupp self-cleaning stainless steel by stamping forming, beautiful in appearance and without dust accumulation. Specially enhanced fan-shape design enables large and constant air volume, no deformation and no fracture. The diameter is extended from 1250mm to 1270mm. The thickness is 1.2mm and the surface finish reaches BA grade.
The sealing strips of the shutter all adopt plate-type design with firm installation and compact structure. They are designed extended to penetrate the frame iron plate. When the shutter rotates, original rotating friction with the frame is changed to sleeve friction, greatly reducing friction coefficient to make for more flexible shutter opening.
The fan is added with belt adjusting device for easy adjustment. When the belt tightness needs to be adjusted, you only need to loosen one bolt (motor locking bolt).
