Wall Exhaust Fan, Model DJF(E) Axial Fan
Description
The wall exhaust fan, model DJF(E) axial fan employs a double-door mechanism inside the bell mouth for opening and closing delivering more stable sealing properties. Depending upon the operating environment, when only part of the fans are needed to start, they can effectively prevent outdoor air from entering stopped fans, which greatly improves the fans' working efficiency and guarantees air coming from the cooling pad or ventilation window (compared with fans of the same size, the efficiency is enhanced by 15%~20%). The wall exhaust fans are suitable for long-distance ventilation environment and poultry house with large culture density. At present, they are mainly used in animal husbandry and ventilation industries.

Employ front double-door opening mechanism with small wind resistance, excellent sealing and high ventilation efficiency. Lengthened bell mouth design to increase ventilation pressure.
The frame galvanized plates with 275 g/m3 zinc coating to effectively prevent rust.
Rubber seals are added for double door closing. When multiple fans, depending on the environment, do not need start at the same time, the running efficiency is significantly improved (increased by 15~20% than fans of the same power).
SANHE fans' special fan shape design enables serf cleaning to maximize the efficiency. The blades are made of Krupp self-cleaning stainless steel through stamping forming, featured by large air volume, beautiful appearance, no deformation, no breakage, no dust accumulation. Blade thickness: 1.2mm; Surface finish: BA.
The blades are all calibrated by advanced computer dynamic balance tester to ensure the smooth running of the fans, lower the noise, enhance the stability and prolong the service life.
Use B-belt prolong the belt's service life by three times compared with other manufacturers' A-belt.
All the fans employ hot-dip galvanized columns and hot-dip galvanized protective nets guaranteeing they will not rust during use.
