Shutter Exhaust Fan, Model DJF(T) Axial Fan
Description
The shutter of the fan is opened or closed through the centrifugal mechanism in the middle of the fan. The centrifugal mechanism ensure the shutter can be fully opened or closed when the fan is running, so as to minimize the wind resistance generated by the shutter and thus effectively improve the fan's running efficiency. The shutter exhaust fan, model DJF(T) axial fan is suitable for long-distance ventilation environments and poultry house with large capacitie. Currently, it is mainly applied to animal husbandry and ventilation industries.

The shutter is opened or closed through the centrifugal mechanism in the middle of the fan. The centrifugal mechanism ensure the shutter can be fully opened or closed when the fan is running, so as to minimize the wind resistance generated by the shutter and thus effectively improve the fan's running efficiency.
The special fan shape design enables serf cleaning. The blades are made of Krupp self-cleaning stainless steel through stamping forming, which has the features of large air volume, no deformation, no breakage, no dust accumulation, and a beautiful appearance.
The belt pulley is made from high-strength aluminum-magnesium alloy through a die casting process, excellent in corrosion resistance and light in weight to reduce the weight of blades. The surface is treated by sandblasting improving the aesthetic extent and eliminating internal stress to effectively improve its own strength, never break.
Both YUYUN SANHE motors and SIEMENS motors are available, with voltage and frequency customizable depending upon customers' requests. Motor protection level IP55, insulation grade F.
The bearing of fan uses double row bearing with high strength, low noise, long service life and maintain free. Model: 30600037.
Use MITSUBOSHI brand belts with quality insurance and longer service life. Model: B.
The fittings of the shutter are made of quality nylon for flexible opening to ensure service life. The shutters are all made of thickened hot-dip galvanized steel plates, which possess good tightness, no deformation and high firmness. The auxiliary blades have a thickness of 0.8mm, the opening blades 1.5mm.
The frame plates all employ high-quality 275g/m3 galvanized plates with long service life and excellent oxidation resistance. The frame material can also be customized as 304 or 430 stainless steel.
The fasteners on both sides of the fan column are changed from traditional iron plate to aluminum-magnesium alloy base, and the traditional welding connection is changed to a plugging connection, which effectively reduces the fan's vibration level, prevents rust, and enhances the aesthetics.
