This horizontal wire coil packaging line integrates with an AGV (automated guided vehicle) for fully automated material handling. Once the coils are delivered, the system automatically retrieves and recycles the empty pallets for reuse, improving efficiency and sustainability. Optional automatic weighing and labeling modules are available, with customizable label content. Upon labeling, product information is instantly uploaded to your ERP or MES system, enabling real-time data sharing and streamlined production traceability.
After packaging, a robotic arm automatically sorts and stacks finished products by specification, simplifying downstream processes such as batch packing and warehouse organization. The system features a horizontal structure for enhanced stability during operation and is engineered for fully automated, high-volume packaging of wire rod coils and slit coils.
Designed for packaging metal wire coils ranging from 2 to 25 kg, this horizontal coil wrapping system is suitable for iron wire, aluminum coils, stainless steel coils, copper coils, non-ferrous metal coils, and slit coils.
