The horizontal wire coil packaging line is engineered for efficient packaging, weighing, labeling, and palletizing of wire rod coils and slit coils, especially suited for manufacturers of copper wire and galvanized wire using pallet-based logistics.
It features manual feeding, automatic pallet retrieval and recycling, and automated coil wrapping using your choice of woven tape, PE film, or kraft paper. It is also equipped with automatic weighing and labeling, with label data automatically uploaded to ERP or MES systems for real-time data sharing and production traceability.
The horizontal coil wrapping machine features a robotic palletizer, which automates the packaging, weighing, labeling and palletizing of wire rod coils and slit coils based on specification, enhancing workflow efficiency. Designed for high-speed performance, it completes each wrapping cycle in as little as 50 seconds per coil, while its compact footprint also helps optimize floor space.
