Alloy Selection
We adopt high quality A00 aluminum ingots from world's trustworthy suppliers. At our casting workshop, we are nimble enough to process various aluminum alloys ranging from 1xxx to 7xxx, with specification options of Ø320, Ø278, Ø230, Ø165, Ø135, Ø124, Ø115, Ø100, Ø85, etc.
Secondary/Surface Finishing
Fenglu has a complete deep processing line that enables us to be capable of accomplishing processes of sawing, drilling, bending, plane milling, groove milling, welding, cutting, as well as surface finishing such as brushing, painting, and anodizing to meet the individual requirements of our customers.

Fenglu has introduced a number of industry-leading aluminum processing equipment and inspection equipment. Currently we have over 70 aluminum extrusion lines including large-tonnage aluminum extrusion lines (20000T/12500T/10000T), and other extrusion lines of different capacities (such as 7500T and 5500T), enabling us to manufacture complex and large-sized aluminum extrusion profiles. In addition, we also have 5 oxidation lines (horizontal oxidation line can process profiles up to 13.5m in length while the vertical oxidation line has monthly production capacity of 6000 tons), more than 20 powder coating lines, 7 vertical and horizontal fluorocarbon coating lines and more than 50 processing lines to create various finish effects such as wood texture, polished and relief effects. Therefore, we are capable of providing custom aluminum solutions.
