Pipe Elbow
As a leading pipe elbow manufacturer, we have strict quality control over each aspect from the large size range to the extensive thickness range. For seamless elbows, we can do an outside diameter of 0.5-32inches, and a thickness of 4-200mm. For welded elbows with an outside diameter of 6-120 inches, made from DN150 or DN3000 steel, the thickness ranges from 4-600mm.

Elbow Usage Area:
A pipe elbow is a pipe fitting installed between two pipe lengths to allow for a change of direction, generally, 45º, 90º or 180º, though we can do 60º and other unusual degree options to meet special requirements. The pipe elbow fittings can be made from a variety of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, high strength/low alloy steel, low temperature steel, and others. The ends that connect to the pipes are machined for butt welding, threaded connections, or socket welding. According to the radius, most elbows can be divided into short or long radius elbows. The long radius elbows have a center to end distance that is 1.5 times longer than the NPS in inches (R=1.5D), while the short radius elbows have a center to end distance that is equal to the NPS in inches (R=1.0D).
