With a working load limit ranging from 0.4t to 50t, these swivel hoist rings provide a versatile solution for demanding lifting applications. Designed for full 360-degree rotation around the bolt axis and a 230-degree pivoting range, they enable precise orientation of the load to match the optimal angle of lift. This flexibility reduces the risk of damage to both the lifting point and the load, ensuring safer and more efficient operations across a wide range of industries.

Inspection and Standards

Passed 6g plug gauge inspection, suitable for precision threaded holes
Endured 1.5x load fatigue testing for 20,000 cycles and 2.5x rated load testing
Magnetic particle inspection ensures the product is free of cracks
Manufactured to EN1677-1 standards, with certified test reports available upon request

Applications

Transportation: Suitable for lifting and transporting heavy industrial equipment such as transformers and generator sets
Ports and terminals: Commonly used for lifting ship components and repair equipment. These rings allow flexible angle adjustments, reducing errors and collision risks.
Wind power construction: Swivel hoist rings help cranes adjust the angle and direction of wind turbine tower sections, ensuring safe and accurate stacking and connection.

Eco-friendly coatings with over 400 hours of salt spray resistance allow usage in marine and high-chloride environments without corrosion
Patented innovative design eliminates paint blind spots; visually appealing two-tone colors: light green ring and silver-gray bolt
Enables 360° rotation and 230° tilt for versatile lifting performance
Ball bearing mechanism ensures smooth rotation in the direction of applied force for uniform stress distribution
Hexagonal base design facilitates easy and secure installation on the load
Available in M8–M150, including custom thread sizes (lengthened, shortened, coarse, fine, metric, imperial)
Work Load Limit (WLL) ranges from 0.4T to 50T, with a 4:1 safety factor
Each load-bearing component has a production batch number for traceability.
Ring body features epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating; bolts are treated with Dacromet for added durability
