Passed 6g plug gauge inspection for compatibility with precision-threaded holes
Endured 1.5x load fatigue testing (20,000 cycles) and 2.5x rated load testing for performance verification
Verified through magnetic particle inspection to ensure crack-free integrity
Complies with EN1677-1 production standards, with certified test reports available upon request

Made from high-strength chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, quenched and tempered for enhanced strength and toughness
Epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating for the ring body and black oxide treatment for the bolt, providing excellent corrosion resistance
