Features:
1. The double stage reduction structure of the main drive of the PCP surface drive head is simple. With a stepped pulley, the first stage can realize a reduction ratio of 1.3 and 2.05. The second stage adopts a pair of spiral bevel gears. The reduction ratio is 4.625. The final reduction ratio is 9.48. It can meet the various demands of different PC pumps.
2. It is easy to operate. After the device is installed, one single operator is enough to handle the device. Just follow the operation instructions.
3. It is convenient to maintain. Since the second reduction stage is gear reduction, you only need to change the gears and bearings according to their attrition rate.
Applications:
The surface drive head is the ground driving part of the PC Pump. We have an LBQ horizontal transmission drive device, LBQZ direct drive motor device, and LLBQ Vertical transmission drive device. It is used to hold and drive the sucker rod, and then drive the downhole PC pump to draw the fluid out of the well. The LBQ horizontal transmission drive device is the first generation developed by our company. It features a simple structure, easy operation, easy maintenance and long service life.
The third generation of driving head of Weifang Baofeng is exhibited in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
During Dubai International Petroleum Exhibition and Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition , the direct type drive head and the frequency conversion control cabinet are exhibited.
