Methanol Fractionating Column
1. The methanol fractionating column can be used to separate the crude methanol, impurities and water produced during the production of biodiesel, thus getting methanol with higher purity.
2. The body, parts and filler of the methanol fractionating column are all made of stainless steel, thus protecting the filler from being blocked by iron scrap, so that the service life of the column is prolonged.
3. The reboiler adopts detachable U shaped heating pipe. This pipe can be pulled out of the column so that it is easier to clean the external and internal wall of the heating pipe. This equipment can realize batch production as well as continuous production. It has the advantages of stable operation and large flexibility. When the gas phase load and liquid phase load in the column changed in a wide range, this equipment can realize stable operation with relatively high mass transfer efficiency and the retention volume in the column is quite small.
