Features
1. By using a stepping motor, the automatic granule bag forming filling sealing machine packs materials at a customized length or flexible length. There is no need to adjust the parameter, saving time and film. Plus, the granule packing machine will automatically give an alarm while film shortage.
2. The temperature is controlled by an intelligent solid-state double-loop PID controller for suiting various types of packaging materials. A protection device is also equipped to ensure packaging material and product will not be burned.
3. The three-side-seal packaging machine is well designed and has some attractive features. For example, the part directly contacting with materials is made from SUS304 stainless steel in order to guarantee high hygiene. A micro-computer LCD is installed for intelligent control. The malfunction alarm system and electric control cabinet both contribute to 24-hour continuous running of the automatic granule packaging machine. The packaging equipment provides variable-frequency speed adjustment and passes CE certificate. This kind of granule packing equipment automatically completes bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting by itself.
