1. The automatic powder bag forming filling sealing machine is well designed and has some attractive features. For example, the part directly contacting with materials is made from SUS304 stainless steel, in order to guarantee high hygiene. A micro-computer LCD is installed for intelligent control. The malfunction alarm system and electric control cabinet contribute to 24-hour continuous running of the automatic powder packaging machine. The powder bagging machine provides variable-frequency speed adjustment and passes CE certificate. It automatically completes bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting and counting by itself.
2. With the use of a stepping motor, the automatic powder packaging machine is capable to pack materials at a customized length or flexible length. There is no need to adjust the parameter, saving time and film. Plus, the powder packaging system will automatically give an alarm for film shortage.
