The YK-C01 hot runner temperature controller features an integrated touch screen and interchangeable control cards. One card can control 4 different temperature stages.
Features
- Integration design: The temperature and time control functions are combined to reduce machine size. This mold controller achieves a precise temperature control of up to 128 zones and 32 sets of time control units.
- Simple and user-friendly interface: The fixed or handheld touchscreen displays the running status, setpoint temperature, actual process temperature, index, and thermocouple model.
- Easy and fast operations: The temperature at each stage can be set individually or uniformly. The temperature unit and thermocouple model are easily set in a single process, while different functions can be turned on or off individually, or all at once.
- The hot runner parameters are easily stored for the next production, thereby reducing cycle time.
- Alarm information can be stored for later inspection. The temperature controller also provides alarms for a damaged heater, damaged fuse, open, shorted, or reversed thermocouples, and a high or low temperature.
