Our vertical machining center (3 axis box guideways) is designed for the rough machining of products and mold manufacturing, with an emphasis on cutting. The guideway and workbench is an integrated casting part. The guideway is machined based on the casting, thus enabling stronger bearing capacity on the machining center.

Features of vertical machining centers (3 axis box guideways)

Spindle, lead screw and guideway are all from Taiwan, Japan or Germany, and offer stable quality.
The supports on both ends of each axis are fixed by 5 nuts. And a prestretching device is installed on one end of the axis to ensure the accuracy of thermal expansion.
The motor and spindle is connected by coupling to reduce transmission clearance and improve the accuracy.
