Features
  • Compressor a. Semi-closed dual screw design. Compressed parts are composed of two intermeshing rotors, designed to minimize vibration. The screw design leads to high efficiency and smooth air flow through the process of intake, compression and exhaust.
    b. The equipment does not need to be manually lubricated.
    c. The compressor's volume control system can easily perform partial load operation. The compressor can achieve 25%-100% sectional adjustment or non-sectional energy adjustment to be fully compatible with building loads.
    Advantages
    Moving components are only 1/4 of that of piston compressors. Vulnerable parts are minimized and the inhale and exhaust processes are smooth and continuous without pulse phenomenon. The equipment is not sensitive to wet compression and is highly resistant to strong liquid impact.
  • Shell and tube type heat exchanger Shell: pressure vessels are constructed form high-quality steel plate. Its manufacture and testing meets JB/T4750-2003 ‘Pressure Vessel for Refrigeration Equipment' standards. Exterior surface features flame-retardant water-proof heat-insulation and preservation materials. The evaporator baffle plate adopts PVC engineering plastic which has excellent corrosion resistance and good air impermeability to make the cooling water flow upwards and downwards along the baffle plate. This improves the heat exchange capacity of the evaporator.
    The refrigerant inlet is equipped with a flow-equalizing device in order to uniformly distribute the refrigerant in the heat exchanger's copper tube. This improves the heat exchange efficiency of the whole unit.
    The DAC corrugated inner grooved heat exchange tube is made from copper, improving its efficiency. The power side heat exchange capacity for refrigerant improves the cooling and heating effects of the unit.
  • Expansion valve The electronic expansion valve control system can reach a control accuracy up to 2600 steps. According to suction superheating and saturation pressure, combined with the electronic control system, we can precisely control the refrigerant flow, so as to ensure the unit is always in best running condition and the maximum capacity can be achieved. The adoption of highly efficient heat exchange tubes improves energy efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Distribution control cabinet The distribution control cabinet is composed of compressor starting equipment, a power protector and a micro-computerized controller. The micro-computerized controller can run stably and safely under a temperature range of -15℃ to 65℃. It is equipped with a RS-232 and RS-485 standard communication interface. It can receive a remote signal for starting up and shutting down.
