Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer
Application
The vibrating fluid bed dryer is designed for pharmaceutical and chemical industrial applications for all kinds of pressed tablet and granules, boric acid, borax, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid and so on.
Work Principle
Raw material is fed in the drying equipment and is moved along into the fluidization bed by vibration. The hot air passes through the bed and then the heat exchange takes place with the damp material. The evaporated moisture is then exhausted through a cyclone separator and duster. The dry material is then discharged through the discharge outlet.
