Diesel Particulate Filter
As the appearance of diesel engines, carbon particulars realized are increased and the burden to environment is becoming heavy. In order for protecting the environment, the matter released is required below 2.0g/mile. Under this background, diesel particulate filter (also known as DPF) is invented. It filters at least 80% of carbon substances and does a good job in controlling and relieving air pollution problem.
DPF is a type of honeycomb ceramic and is installed in the emission purification system. By taking advantage of massive pores, the catalyst support blocks and screens pollutant particles in the emission, thus purifying the exhaust gas.
The entire diesel particulate filter has a double-chamber structure, ensuring the simultaneous process of filtration and recycling. No matter what working environment the engine faces, the industrial ceramic surely catches carbon particulars in the waste gas.
