ERW Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Pipe
ERW hot-dip galvanized steel pipes come in two main types: pre-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized. The hot-dip galvanizing process enhances the pipes' corrosion resistance and extends their lifespan, making them a top choice for applications in construction, machinery, bridges, agricultural and oil machinery, and mining industry.
The hot-dip galvanized steel pipes are available in a variety of shapes including round, square, and rectangular to suit diverse application needs. These pipes come in a wall thickness range from 1mm to 17.5mm and the zinc coating on these pipes averages between 200g/m² to 600g/m², offering excellent protection against corrosion. We offer the flexibility of custom cut-to-length options ranging from 2m to 12m, accommodating specific project requirements.

High-quality Zinc Coating on Steel Pipes
- Surface inspection: Each pipe is visually inspected for consistency and quality of the internal and external galvanized surfaces.
- Dimensional accuracy: Dimensions are precisely measured on the base material before galvanizing to ensure accurate and consistent specifications.
- Zinc layer uniformity: To ensure uniformity, the galvanized pipes undergo a zinc layer uniformity test, where a sample pipe must withstand five consecutive dips in a copper sulfate solution without turning red.
