ZL-211
Portable field balancing tool with touch screen for single-plane and two-plane rotor balancing at rotation speed up to 6000r/min
Portable field balancer with a touch-screen interface supports single- and two-plane correction. Compared with conventional field balancers compact and easy to carry, and no external drive is required. Measurements are taken on the installed rotor while running. Using the influence-coefficient method for calibration, the software calculates the correction mass and angle and guides add/remove weighting. Only a speed input and two vibration inputs are needed; connections are simple and there are effectively no space constraints.
Applications
Portable field balancers are commonly used for on-site dynamic balancing of fan rotors, motor rotors, and crushers. They are also suitable for direct balancing checks on installed motors.
