Portable field balancing tool with touch screen for single-plane and two-plane rotor balancing at rotational speed up to 20000r/min
These portable field balancers use a touch-screen interface and are built for high-speed work, handling rotor balancing at up to 20,000 r/min. They have a compact, lightweight structure that is easy to carry, which makes them practical for on-site use without external drive power. During operation, they read speed and vibration signals and apply the influence-coefficient method to work out the correction mass and angle automatically. Setting these balancers is simple, with no space restrictions, and they can be used for both single-plane and two-plane balancing depending on the rotor.
