Portable field balancing tool with digital display for single-plane and two-plane rotor balancing at rotational speed up to 8000r/min
Equipped with a digital display and support for speeds up to 8,000 r/min, these portable field balancers are capable of handling both single- and two-plane rotor balancing. They use an embedded computer platform that combines advanced digital and analog circuits with proprietary software, offering functions such as auto-tracking, digital filtering, and automatic gain control. Thanks to their design, the field balancing devices can deliver stable and accurate results whether used for very small parts or for larger rotors and can be applied across a wide range of balancing setups.
Used for balancing fans, motors, machine tool spindles, pumps, and grinding wheels. They can be used to both single-plane and two-plane balancing on-site, and can also be used with different balancing setups to correct rotor unbalance.
