Two Roll Rubber Calender
Our rubber calender is outfitted with different auxiliary devices to accommodate various processes such as rubberizing and frictioning. Each auxiliary device is designed in accordance with the corresponding production process, and uses rolling bearings on the calender. The gear reducers are designed with a hardened surface to reduce wear, and with either a hollow or bored structure, the rolls used are made of chilled cast iron. The calender can be driven by single or multiple motors, each of which feature a stepless speed regulation to widen the application range.
This rubber calender is available in two types: regular and precision. The precision rubber calender is equipped with an axis cross unit, pre-loading mechanisms, a pre-bending device, and a device to prevent the calendered material from extending across the connector.
