Hot Die Face Plastic Pelletizing System
The HS hot die face pelletizing line is often referred to as a low-temperature, environmentally friendly pelletizing system. It is used for recycling both soft plastic films and rigid PE-based plastics, and is commonly applied to reprocessing edge trim and production scrap from downstream plastic product factories. Melting and pelletizing is integrated into a single streamlined process. After cutting, the pellets are cooled directly by air and are already dry when discharged. With the effective air-cooled pelletizing system, operators would not need a separate drying stage. It reduces energy consumption, and helps lower overall operating costs.

PX Series Plastic Pelletizing System
The PX series plastic pelletizing line (vented) releases gas during melting through a built-in vent, so the pellets come out more compact. The screw uses a longer L/D ratio, which improves melting and plasticization.

- Simple and efficient process
Pelletizing is completed with a single extruder. The pellets are dry when discharged. Its routine maintenance is simplified. - Energy-saving and environmentally friendly
It uses air as cooling medium, thus reducing cooling water costs and requiring less infrastructure. - Good pellet appearance
The melt is cut immediately at the die face by a rotating knife. Pellets have a smooth surface and a near-spherical shape, giving them a clean and consistent appearance. - Stable pellet quality
Low-temperature extrusion helps preserve the original properties of the material. Molecular breakdown stays low, MFR changes are minimal, and the material retains much of its original mechanical strength.
