Built-Out Gear-Reducing Motorized Pulley (Ø320-1250mm)
Drum motor used in belt conveyors for bulk handling
The YTH type built-out gear-reducing motorized pulley consists of three parts: drum body, drive unit, and mounting bracket (Type II without bracket). The drum body includes the drum shell, bearing plate, and the reducer installed inside the drum. The drive unit consists of an electric motor, coupling, fluid coupling, backstop, and brake. The mounting bracket is made of shaped steel and is available in an integral bracket or a motor bracket. The integral bracket is used to install the drum body, electric motor, and protective housing. The motor bracket is used to install the electric motor and protective housing, and the user can design and manufacture it as per their needs.
This drum motor comes with an operating temperature range of -20°C to 40°C, with the material being conveyed not exceeding 60°C. The altitude at the place of use generally does not exceed 1000 meters.
