Process: Laminating, hot pressing, drying
Properties: Our F890H laminate comes with superior electrical insulation performance, 600M CTI, non halogen and fire resistance. Its heat resistant level is up to H grade and the long term working temperature is at least 180℃.
Applications: This laminated high temperature insulation board is mainly used for the electrical equipment in high demand for environmental protection and flame resistance such as H grade heat resistant motor and transformer. Such equipment is used in rail vehicles, especially including high speed trains, etc.

Process: Laminating, hot pressing, drying
Properties: This high temperature insulation laminated sheet is suitable for both mechanical and electrical uses, with high mechanical and dielectric properties. For example, it features excellent heat and radiation resistance. Heat resistant level is up to H grade. Long term working temperature is 180℃ or more.
Applications: This laminated material is widely used for making motor insulation parts and slot wedges, carbon brush supports as well as structural parts for other heat resistant electrical equipment.

Process: Laminating, hot pressing, drying
Properties: The laminate can keep relatively high mechanical strength under high temperature and high electrical stability under high humidity. It is similar to the EPGC203 laminate of IEC standard in properties. However, its heat resistance has been drastically improved.
Applications: The product is ideal for making slot wedges, carbon brush supports and other structural parts for H grade heat resistant motors. It is also suitable for heat resistant transformers.
