Three-Roll Crumbler
True to its name, the three-roll crumbler consists of three rolls that provide more controlled, stable feeding which allows the pellet crumbler to perform more efficiently. The result is even-size particles with less quality defects.
Features of Three-Roll Crumbler
1. A roller mill in essential that breaks large particles into small sizes
2. Compact structure and easy adjustment of crumble size
3. Differential drive is used to create speed differences among the three rolls. In-between pellets are crushed, sheared and teared to have its size reduced to the desired setpoint.
4. Uniquely designed feed hopper, coupled with the bypass mechanism, ensures even feeding. Raw materials that do not require further crumbling will enter the bypass. For that matter, the size reduction equipment would automatically stop rather than being left idling.
5. V-belt transmission ensures stable, quiet and reliable operation with little effort.
