Compressor Flange
In order to produce top notch cast iron flanges, we have introduced cutting edge production equipment and imported high precision detection devices, all operated by expert engineers and technicians. We are able to provide cast iron flanges in different specifications based on customer drawings.
Throughout the production process, we use gray cast iron as the raw material, and also make use of a clay sand molding machine and medium frequency furnace. Each product undergoes a hydraulic air impermeability test, and both the production and detection processes are strictly controlled in accordance with TUV ISO9001:2008 quality management system standards. Our cast iron flanges feature a complex structure, thin wall, high dimensional precision, outstanding quality, high pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, and a high performance. They are widely used on refrigeration compressors and primarily exported to Europe and the United States.
