Cast iron flanges used on HSN compressors are complex in structure and require a high precision. To create iron flanges to meet those needs, we use cast iron melted using a medium frequency furnace. The liquid cast iron is then poured into a clay sand mold. After solidification, the semi-finished product will be cleaned to remove sand that has attached itself, then coated with rust preventative materials in order to extend the service life. Finally, the finished product is packed in an air tight box. The production process is carried out in strict accordance with customer requirements, and we also provide OEM service for a variety of high standard cast iron products.
