DSVC-EB II is a high-speed double-head shrink sleeve labeling machine from us. When both heads are in operation simultaneously, it can achieve a maximum production speed of 600 BPM with a label length of 180mm. Widely used in the packaging industry for beverages, dairy products, and more, this automatic shrink sleeve label applicator offers various packaging options such as bottle neck, full body, and partial body labeling. The shrink sleeve labeling machine can also use thin shrink labels, significantly reducing shrink film costs, and has the ability to store labeling recipes, eliminating the need for parameter resets, thus greatly improving efficiency.

- First head and second head can operate simultaneously, with a potential production speed of up to 720 BPM with a 180mm label (under conditions where the conveyor and feeding system are compatible).
- If the first head requires maintenance, experiences anomalies, or needs label replacement, the second head can continue production with a speed of up to 650 BPM with a 180mm label.
- First and second heads can label different parts simultaneously and separately. For example, one head can label the bottle body, and the other one can label the bottle neck, all on the same production line.
- When the first head is in production and the second head is in a ready state (not in production but without anomalies), if the first head experiences an issue, the second head can automatically start production without reducing production efficiency.
- Neck Tamper Evident Banding Suitable for sealing various bottle and can openings to prevent tampering or foreign objects from entering, preserving the product's original condition and quality.
- Full Body Over-The-Cap Sleeve Labeling Labels cover the bottle opening, body, and bottom, commonly used for sauces, condiments, and other products.
- Full Body Shrink Sleeve Labeling Labels cover the area from the bottle opening to the bottom, often used for juices, coffee, and similar products.
