Press Brake Tooling
Here at Maanshan, we manufacture and supply a whole range of outstanding press brake tooling parts for the following brands. These punches and dies are long lasting machine components that will keep your equipment running with maximum precision and output capacity.
We can produce acute tooling, goose neck punch, single V die, 2V die, multi V die blocks, die holder and upper adaptors for the punch. Popular sizes for the tooling are: 26*97*835mm, 26*150*835mm, 60*60*835mm, 56*120*835mm. The longest bottom die we can make is up to 10 meters (size:220*220*10,000mm)
We produce all kinds of American style press brake tooling (punches and dies): Acute punches and dies (30°,45°,60°), Standard punches and dies (85-90 °), Flattening Dies, Gooseneck punches, Hemming punches and dies, Ram adaptors and sectioned tooling.

All tools are manufactured for superior quality and will be as good or better than the original parts supplied by the machine manufacturer. These parts are commonly used for Trumpf press brakes, if that is your case, you also need safety pins or safety clicks.
Sometimes we need special machine tools for bending particular workpieces. We offer custom press brake tooling for these cases, such as tooling for tube forming, offset tooling dies, hemming punches and dies and adjustable channel tooling dies.
