Filter discs or extruder screens are made from woven wire meshes, sintered fiber webs or sintered wire cloth sheets. These filtration elements can be produced in a wide range of materials, sizes, shapes and configurations.
Materials: Stainless steel, carbon steel, AISI 304, AISI 304L, AISI316L, brass, etc.
Shapes: Circles, kidney, and rectangular.
Filtration Rating: 0.1 to 400 microns.
Layers: Single layer or spot welded multi-layer screen discs.
