The asymmetrical benders excel with their dual functionality, enabling sophisticated pre-bending and rolling processes encased within a design that emphasizes ease of operation and maintenance for steel plates from 1 to 10mm thick.

- Medium to large models are equipped with YZR lifting motors to ensure stability of the instantaneous current at startup and feature ZSY hard-tooth surface gear reducers for high torque and prolonged durability
- Solid roller shafts equipped with flaw detection
- Roller shafts subjected to quenching and tempering treatments, reaching a hardness of HRB-240-280 for resilience
- Surface hardening of roller shafts to HRC45-50, providing superior wear resistance
