The machine combines pre-bending and rounding simultaneously, enhancing efficiency in production. Components such as the overall base, tipping side frame, fixed side frame, work roll, roller support, main transmission device, upper roll moving device, tipping device, hydraulic pump station, and electronic control system contribute to its versatile functionality. - Convenient Operation
Reverse flip and reset of the top roller are facilitated by the cylinder, while balance adjustment is achieved through the ejector, ensuring ease of operation. - Drive Mechanism
The bottom rollers are driving rollers fixed in position, operated by the main motor through the main reducer. The upper roller, serving as a driven roller, rotates via friction with the steel plate surface. It’s vertical movement is controlled by hydraulic cylinders on both ends. - Horizontal Movement
Horizontal movement of the top roller is driven by a brake motor connected to a sub-reducer, enabling precise adjustments for different bending requirements.

Top Roller
Responsible for shaping steel plates into cylindrical or arc shapes.
- Upper Roller Device: Comprising the upper roller, main oil cylinder, upper roller bearing seat, and double-row spherical bearing.
- Main Cylinders: Provide necessary pressure for rolling plates, operating at a working pressure of 19.5MPa.
Bottom Roller and Horizontal Moving Device
Provides positive and negative torque for the rolled sheet.
- Lower Roller Device: Consisting of the lower roller, lower roller bearing seat, lower roller shaft sleeve, and lower roller input gear.
- Material: Lower roller made of high-quality 45# alloy steel, quenched and tempered, with mechanically strengthened surface meeting stiffness standards.
Roller Support
Facilitates adjustment and movement of roller combinations.
- Includes roller support sets, wedge mechanism, and spiral mechanism.
- The screw drives wedges to move closer or separate, raising or lowering the roller combination.
Main Drive System
Provides power and torque for plate rolling.
- Components: Main motors, reducers, and output gears.
- Function: Rotates forward and reverse, transmitting torque to the lower roll to drive plate feed and rolling.
Tipping Device
Used for product discharge
- Components: Pin, ram, tipping hydraulic cylinder, bearing, etc.
- Operation: Tipping hydraulic cylinder overturns or resets the tipping frame for easy product removal.
Racks
Provides structural support and movement for top roller .
- Frame Body: Annealed for weldments, housing main hydraulic cylinder for horizontal movement of top roller.
Hydraulics
Ensures hydraulic power for operation.
- Components: Gear pumps, valve groups, fluid connectors, hydraulic accessories.
- System Design: Three circuits including overpressure protection, synchronous circuit, and speed circuit, with simple pipelines for maintenance and debugging.
