  • Dual Functionality

  • Convenient Operation

  • Drive Mechanism
    The bottom rollers are driving rollers fixed in position, operated by the main motor through the main reducer. The upper roller, serving as a driven roller, rotates via friction with the steel plate surface. It’s vertical movement is controlled by hydraulic cylinders on both ends.
  • Horizontal Movement
    Horizontal movement of the top roller is driven by a brake motor connected to a sub-reducer, enabling precise adjustments for different bending requirements.

Main Drive System
