GC-D1515 CNC plasma flame cutting table is a high-speed compact CNC cutting system that particularly designed to precisely and quickly cut carbon steel plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, stainless steel plate and more metal plates. It can offer a post-processing free cut edge that requires no de-burring process. In addition, this CNC cutting table is also an ideal alternative to hole punching machine.
This CNC plasma flame cutting table is featured by high automation, reliable performance, high precision, low cost and ease of maintenance, can be applied in automatic cutting of medium and thin non-ferrous metal sheets and plates.

Drag Chain The drag chain is made of nylon PA66, offering good resistance to high/low temperature and UV, without damage or deformation.

Cutting Table The cutting table is composed of flat steel slats that are parallel to each other. The slat spacing can be set according to the plate material and size of part being cut. The slats are easy to adjust and install.

Rail System The cutting machine adopts high precision rack and pinion coupled with motor, all the racks and pinion gears are subjected to highly precise processing. Besides, double-axis linear guide rail is used to provide higher precision of longitudinal movement. The longitudinal guide rail is precisely ground, featuring smooth surface and high durability. The machine can run with vibration-free and high-precision motion.

Bridge Beam The machine beam comes with double-axis guide rail and dust-proof body. Due to the aluminum alloy structure of torch height control, the load on the machine beam is greatly reduced. The anti-collision device is installed to protect the plasma cutting torch against damage.

Cutting Torch The flame cutting torch is fixed on its carriage, while the plasma cutting torch is used together with plasma power supply. The cutting system allows for easy changeover between flame cutting torch and plasma cutting torch.
